REVENNA LIOR
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 14 September 2026
Welcome to Revenna Lior.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of content, products and services provided through Revenna Lior, including content made available through robynasmr.com, Payhip, YouTube, private links, Google Drive and other platforms or services operated or used by Revenna Lior.
By purchasing or accessing our content or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Revenna Lior
“Revenna Lior”, “RevennaASMR”, “RobynASMR”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the creator and business responsible for the relevant content or service.
Our content is primarily fictional, scripted and created for entertainment, relaxation, roleplay and creative-expression purposes.
Characters, scenarios, dialogue and events portrayed in roleplay content are fictional and should not be interpreted as representations of real events, people or relationships unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any resemblance to real people, events or entities is coincidental unless expressly stated.
Our content is not professional medical, psychological, financial, legal or other specialist advice.
Content portraying particular actions, situations or behaviours is fictional entertainment and is not intended to encourage viewers to imitate potentially unsafe or unlawful behaviour.
2. Content and Age Requirement
Our content is intended for adults unless a particular product or platform expressly states otherwise.
You must comply with the age requirements of the platform through which you access our content.
Our content does not intentionally contain nudity or explicit sexual material. Some content may nevertheless contain themes, language, roleplay or scenarios intended for an adult audience.
You are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for you.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in content created by Revenna Lior remain with Revenna Lior or the relevant rights holder.
This includes, without limitation:
videos
audio and recordings
photographs
images
scripts
written material
graphics
branding
logos
names and trade names
characters
concepts and creative material.
Purchasing or accessing content does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, you receive only a personal, limited and non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the content for your own private, non-commercial use.
4. Personal Use Only
Purchased content is provided for your personal use.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
redistribute or share purchased content with another person;
upload content to another website, platform, cloud service or file-sharing service for access by others;
sell, resell, licence, rent or commercially exploit content;
reproduce or publicly display content;
use content as part of another commercial product or service;
remove copyright notices or other ownership information;
claim that you created or own the content;
use content to train, develop or operate an AI model or dataset;
use content for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes;
record, screen-record or otherwise reproduce content for redistribution.
This restriction applies whether or not the person receiving the content pays for it.
5. Custom Content
Where we agree to create custom content for you, the agreed brief, specifications, price and delivery arrangements will form part of the agreement.
Custom content is created specifically for the purchaser and is intended for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom content must not be:
resold;
distributed to third parties;
uploaded publicly;
commercially exploited;
used to impersonate or misrepresent Revenna Lior;
altered or edited in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or participation by Revenna Lior.
We reserve the right to decline a custom request where we consider the requested content inappropriate, unlawful, unsafe, outside our available services or inconsistent with our boundaries.
If we decline a request before work has started, any payment made for that request will be refunded where appropriate.
6. Custom Content Changes and Remakes
Before custom content is created, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that we understand the agreed brief.
Once a custom video has been completed in accordance with the agreed brief, a change of preference or request for an entirely different concept will generally constitute a new commission and may require a new purchase.
Minor corrections caused by our failure to follow the agreed brief will be considered separately and, where appropriate, corrected at no additional charge.
A remake is not automatically included simply because a customer changes their mind after completion.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights where content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable law.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed at the point of purchase or agreed directly with the customer for custom work.
Payment must be made through the payment method or platform provided by us.
For custom work, production may begin once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
Where a platform such as Payhip, YouTube or another third-party provider processes your payment, that provider may also have its own terms and policies.
8. Digital Content and Delivery
Digital content may be delivered through services including private YouTube links, Google Drive, Payhip or another digital delivery platform.
We will take reasonable steps to provide access to purchased content after payment and within the timeframe stated for the relevant product or service.
Delivery times for custom content will depend on the agreement made with the customer.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for maintaining access to the email address or account used for the purchase.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing purchased content, please contact us so that we can reasonably assist.
9. Refunds and Consumer Rights
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, refunds are subject to the nature of the product or service and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right unless you have expressly agreed to the digital content being supplied immediately and acknowledged that you will lose that cancellation right.
Where digital content is faulty, does not conform to its description or otherwise fails to meet the requirements imposed by applicable consumer law, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
For custom-made content, cancellation and refund rights may differ depending on when the service begins and the nature of the work. Any statutory rights that apply will continue to apply.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or other remedy, please contact us with your order details and we will assess the request in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
We do not provide refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind where no legal right to a refund applies.
10. Access to Purchased Content
We will make reasonable efforts to keep purchased digital content available for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Because digital platforms can change, become unavailable or remove content, we cannot guarantee that a particular third-party platform will remain available indefinitely.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide an alternative method of accessing content if a third-party platform becomes unavailable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any statutory rights you may have regarding purchased digital content.
11. Account and Link Security
Where purchased content is provided through a private or restricted link, you are responsible for keeping the link, account and access information secure.
You must not intentionally provide private access links to other people.
If we reasonably believe that access has been shared or misused in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we may investigate and take reasonable steps to protect our content.
Where appropriate, this may include suspending or restricting access.
Any such action will be subject to your statutory consumer rights.
12. Prohibited Use
You must not use our content or services:
for unlawful purposes;
to infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
to harass, threaten or harm another person;
to impersonate Revenna Lior or falsely suggest an endorsement or relationship;
to distribute or facilitate the distribution of content without permission;
to commercially exploit content without permission;
to circumvent reasonable technical measures used to protect our content;
to upload our content to file-sharing, piracy or similar services;
to create or distribute altered content that falsely represents the words, actions or views of Revenna Lior.
13. Content Security and Copyright Enforcement
We actively protect our intellectual property.
If we become aware that purchased content has been redistributed, leaked, publicly uploaded or commercially exploited without permission, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
This may include:
requesting removal of the material;
reporting copyright infringement to the relevant platform;
suspending or terminating access where permitted;
seeking compensation or other legal remedies where appropriate.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any legal rights you may have.
14. Your Information
We take the privacy and security of customer information seriously.
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
We may need to share limited information with service providers who help us operate the business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, digital delivery platforms and other necessary service providers.
Further information about how personal data is collected, used and protected is provided in our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our website or content may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.
These may include payment processors, social media platforms, video-hosting services, cloud-storage providers and other services.
Third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and rules.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, policies or operation of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and services available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website or any particular service will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical problems.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, platform changes, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
17. Disclaimer
We provide our website and content with reasonable care and skill.
Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and may change from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
breach of statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded;
defective digital content where liability cannot legally be excluded; or
any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, we will only be responsible for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach of these Terms & Conditions.
We will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party platforms or services, internet outages or the customer's own equipment or connection, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you are purchasing for business purposes rather than as a consumer, additional limitations may apply to the extent permitted by law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect:
changes to our products or services;
changes to the way we operate;
changes in technology;
changes in legal or regulatory requirements; or
security or abuse-prevention measures.
The version in force at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or otherwise applies to an ongoing relationship.
We will not use a change to these Terms & Conditions to remove rights that you have already acquired under applicable law.
20. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to our services where reasonably necessary, including where there has been:
unlawful activity;
serious misuse of our services;
unauthorised redistribution of our content;
attempted fraud;
abuse of our staff or services; or
a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
21. Severance
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
22. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
23. Assignment
We may transfer or assign our rights under these Terms & Conditions as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of the business, provided that this does not unlawfully reduce your rights.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to another person without our written consent, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
24. Governing Law
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the law applicable to your place of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
If you are a business customer, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
25. Contact
If you have a question about these Terms & Conditions, a purchase, digital access or a custom order, please contact us using the contact details provided on the relevant website or purchase platform.
